I posted today on another social media site regarding the most recent abortion statistics. Many questions were asked and alot of emotions were expressed regarding the reason for the post. Several thought the mere fact of just posting it and requiring parties to be responsible enough to understand that abortion is not a free option was being rather judgemental. I posted it to get people thinking, to get people to stop making excuses, to get people to actually choose morally over everything else. Yes, abortions do have a place medically for circumstances that are detrimental to life, but not for the mere convenience of not wanting to be pregnant. Yes, it is a woman's body, but they and no man has the moral choice to decide if and when a child lives. What did we do before we could abort children?
